Have you ever stolen office supplies from your place of work? Some stationary for your children? Some utensils? or perhaps some cleaning supplies?
Well, you’re not alone!
Many workers, whether intentionally or unintentionally have taken something from their place of work.
On Feel Good with Andy Maqondwana talks to those who have intentionally dabbled in some “petty theft” at their place of employment.
In a voice note, one listener talks about how in her past she stole some pens from the office.
“In my past, I use to take pens from the office. And mind you, they’re helping me now because I have a creche”.
She jokingly continues: “It’s not stealing, it’s an art”.
Another listener called in to share how when working as a barman, he and his colleague unexpectedly found four bottles of wine.
“Ahh Sis Andy, my colleague and I are barmen. We were once cleaning an ice machine. In the process we saw four wines. We were so excited to see them and decided to hustle them out!”.
