It’s summertime, and everyone has their own idea of what their dream summer body looks like. While our body goals may differ, many aim to achieve the best results as quickly as possible—by any means necessary.
From toning up and building lean muscle to “bulking up” and looking ripped, body goals are as diverse as the individuals pursuing them. Some aspire to have curves in all the “right places” while maintaining a “snatched” appearance elsewhere. Others focus on shedding unhealthy weight that may be impacting their overall health.

Marlowe notes that it depends on what your goal is. “You can definitely see some difference in three weeks. You can tighten up and be stringer,” he explained.
“There is a gold rule when it comes to this. When it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. I would suggest that we prioritise healthy foods. People should lean towards strength training.”
