A listener shared that when she first met her current boyfriend, she was involved as a side chick with a married man. She informed her sugar daddy about her new relationship, but now that things are getting serious with her boyfriend, the sugar daddy is unwilling to let her go.
Anonymous is unsure how to resolve the situation and is reaching out for advice, wondering if there are any blind spots she might be missing.
“Before I met my current boyfriend, I was a side chick to a married man. We had been secretly dating for about a year. When I met someone, I told him, but we could continue our thing as I wasn’t sure whether this new guy would be serious. But now that we made it past three months, he is talking about taking things seriously.
“I told my situationship that my new guy was getting serious and that we must end things. He is not happy. He now wants me all to himself, even though we always discussed that when I find someone, our affair will end. Every time, he calls me, he keeps begging me not to leave him. But I need to be focused on my current guy.
“But ours was always a situationship and in that one year I made sure I didn’t catch feelings, but he clearly did. I don’t want to lose my new man, but how best can I make my situationship leave me alone? Am I being unfair towards him now that I have someone? What could be my BlindSpot?”
