Springbok fly-half Handré Pollard and his wife, Marise, are enjoying their first getaway as a family of three.
The couple welcomed their first child, Hunter André Pollard, in April 2024 and are now spending some well-deserved time on the beautiful island of Mauritius.
In September 2024, the Pollards celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary. The 30-year-old rugby star took to social media to share a heartfelt tribute to Marise, reflecting on their journey together.
“It has been the most amazing seven years and counting,” he wrote. “Over the last 12 months, the strength, courage, and love in your heart have been the foundation of our little family.
“I love you more than you will ever know. And as always, I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. Love you, baba.”
Handré Pollard is a renowned South African rugby union player who has consistently proven himself as one of the world’s finest fly-halves.
Known for his exceptional kicking accuracy, strategic playmaking, and unwavering mental fortitude, Pollard has become a cornerstone of the Springboks.
