August marks three months since Dr. Musa Mthombeni and his wife Liesl Laurie tied the knot. Currently, they are celebrating this special milestone in Greece.
On their anniversary last Sunday, the couple shared on social media:
“August is a very celebratory month in the Mthombeni household. Toast to 3 years married and 4 years of umjolo.”
A few months back, Musa and Liesl celebrated three years since their lobola ceremony. Dr. Musa wrote:
“Today marks 3 years of traditional marriage. On this day, a traditional angel was born… On this day Liesl realised that the cows that she had been waiting for had actually been living a spectacular life. They were visiting the spa three times a week. They had medical aid and were seen by the vet to make sure that opportunistic infections do not touch them, and they ate grass that was grown in the Champagne region of France. To three years of “Aliliiiii” and “uMakoti ungowethu…”
Liesl added that their lobola day will always hold a special place in their hearts.
