Lady’s top finance tips
Lady Du’s fans applauded her for spending her money wisely. “You are [an] inspiration,” one Facebook user commented on the picture of her new ride.
Lady Du is known to share her wealth of information with her followers. She urged her followers in September to never underestimate their 9-5 jobs.
“You might not like the job you have but make use of it. Everything I have comes from my own hands,” she wrote on Instagram.
Lady Du explained how she made her 9-5 jobs work for her.
“I worked on a ship, travelled the world doing beauty, studied fire fighting, teeth whitening specialist, and safety officer position. [I] came back, worked at my dad’s shop, then worked with trucks (logistics), then worked organising events for a foundation,” she wrote.
Lady Du added that she then used all that money to pursue her passions.
“All that money I invested back into my music. I paid my dancers from my salary, bought them uniforms from my salary.”
She also invests in property. Lady Du told the Daily Sun that she used the money she made from gigs to buy property.
“I’d buy vacant land and build flats. I’d then rent out the flats to tenants,” she said.
