Back to the subjects or grades, you found the most difficult.
Sizwe’s favourite subject was Maths and his worst was Accounting which he fell in love with again in varsity.
Kaya Drive Sports presenter Sandile van Heerden loved Art and the subject that showed him flames was Accounting.
Kaya Traffic’s Tyroline Franks shared that she dreaded Pure Maths, Science and Biology which she dropped because it got way too much for her.
“With those subjects you literally have to sit and focus on your books, and sometimes we don’t focus on the books we focus on boys,” is what Tyroline Franks admitted to.
Keneiloe Huma from the Kaya 959 Newsdesk shared that she hated Biology and loved Life Orientation which is a mixture of sex education, career guidance and everything about life.
According to 2020 matric results, Mathematics and Physical Science remained the most difficult subjects with declines in both subjects pass rates.
Overall last year’s matric results saw a drop from 87% in 2019 to 84% in 2020, with Gauteng being the second-highest province in the country to receive Bachelor passes.
