The Easter holiday is upon us. But unlike any other Easter, this time a lot of people will be staying away from the shops or vacations to protect themselves from contracting the coronavirus.
Health experts have warned that there could be a surge in COVID-19 cases during the Easter holiday. So, staying at home is one of the best decisions you could make.
But staying indoors doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy Easter’s most favourite treats.
History of Easter eggs
According to HuffPost, in many cultures around the world, the Easter egg is a symbol of new life, fertility, and rebirth. History.com reports that from a Christian perspective, Easter eggs are said to represent Jesus’ emergence from the tomb and resurrection.
You don’t have to worry about going to the stores to get yourself Easter eggs. We have got a good recipe that you can use.
To dye Easter eggs you don’t require a lot of ingredients. You just need white eggs, a large needle, newspaper, food colouring, white vinegar, hot water, bowls, and a tablespoon.
