Former Orlando Pirates star Lucky Lekgwathi has become the latest business owner to lose his business due to looting.
His restaurant, ‘Grootman’, in Kliptown, Soweto, was looted this week.
The star took to Instagram to share a video of his destroyed premises.
“I leave everything to the Almighty God,” he captioned the video.
The proudly South African restaurant was opened in April and served foods such as kota, chicken, beef, fish, and chips.

Images of the star standing in front of his looted restaurant were shared on social media, with many people sending comforting messages.
“I am so sorry Lucky. This is so heartbreaking. I honestly have no words,” wrote Mpho Letsholonyane on Instagram.
“Eish hade skipper,what’s happening right now is heartbreaking,” wrote Teko Modise.
“I’m so sorry Lucky,” wrote Tembi Seete.
“Lucky lekgwathi opened this great place just few months ago its saddening what just happened to the whole place destroyed. He employed 4 people …why destroy our own people?,” wrote a Twitter user.
