Sbahle Mpisane, a social media influencer and fitness enthusiast, has finally decided to speak about her 2018 vehicle accident that nearly took her life.
Mpisane, who was 25 at the time, spent three weeks in a coma after her BMW M4 smashed into a tree on Margaret Mncadi Avenue in Durban and erupted into flames.
She came to Instagram to share a snippet from a forthcoming interview with South African YouTuber Owamie Hlongwane called “Freely Sbahle Mpisane,”

She took to social media and wrote “I am so happy to finally share this project with you, for the first time i finally open up about my car accident #UnmaskingMyself.”
Mpisane has had a difficult road to recovery since then and has taken her fans through the recovery on social media.
Her mother Shawnn Mkhize has also been very supportive throughout her journey and was one of the first people to congratulate her for family sharing the near tragic story of the accident.
She took to her social media and wrote “I am super proud of my daughter @sbahle_mpisane for finally unmasking herself as part of her healing process”
