American musician Trey Songz is being accused of raping a woman at his home in a new $20 million (R300 million) sexual assault case that was filed against him.
According to reports Songz is being accused of a violent sexual assault by a woman who is suing him under the name ‘Jane Doe.’
In the lawsuit, the woman who was reportedly in a consensual relationship with the musician at the time says things turned for the worst on one fateful day.

She alleges that she was invited by Songz, to a party in Los Angeles on March 24, 2016, and the two of them went upstairs during the event for a consensual sexual encounter where she says the musician allegedly became a “savage rapist,”.
The woman has reportedly given details of what happened on the day, and said was scared to come forward to authorities when she was examined in hospital.
She also said the examination found that there was “severe anal tearing that could require surgery.”
According to reports on TMZ, Songz’s representative has denied all the allegations:
“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,”
“Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.” said the representative in a revised statement.
