Showmax has just released the highly anticipated trailer for Season 3 of The Mommy Club. This season introduces four fresh faces—Mrs J, Pheladi, Noksie, and Vuyi—who will join returning favourites Hermajesty and Mrs Sande, along with friends Mrs Mops and Nozipho Ntshangase.
Mrs J
Mrs J, a 37-year-old wife and mother of three, is a sangoma and church owner who wears many hats with pride. Excited to join the show, she says, “I’ve been following The Mommy Club from the very beginning, and I absolutely love the concept. It beautifully showcases mothers with their children and their day-to-day lives. I’m a mom, a wife, a spiritualist, and a businesswoman. This show represents the perfect blend of all the roles I embrace as a woman.”

Noksie Khumalo
At 35, Noksie is a wife, new mom, and thriving realtor who co-runs a property business with her Scottish husband. Originally from KZN, she has climbed the ladder of success with sheer determination. “I’m a new mom, so my perspective might be a bit different from the other ladies,” she shares. “I bring fresh energy, a youthful vibe, and a luxury mindset. I’m living proof that you can have it all—just watch me.”

Pheladi
Pheladi, 31, is a divorced mother of two who married at just 23. Now a budding entrepreneur in farming, she’s starting over while pursuing her dreams. “I joined The Mommy Club because I want to show people the real ups and downs of life,” she explains. “One moment, you’re on top, and the next, you’re down. But that shouldn’t stop you from picking yourself back up and trying again. And of course, I’m here to add a little drama and plenty of sass along the way!”

Vuyi
At 40, Vuyi is a mother of four who has endured immense loss after losing the father of her children. A businesswoman in the hair industry, she is focused on healing and raising her kids. “I’ve experienced a lot of pain in my life, and I believe that to heal, I need to be open about it,” she reflects. “I hope my story can give strength to others who have been through similar challenges and remind them never to give up.”
Season 3 follows the success of The Mommy Club: Sugar & Spice, a spinoff set in Durban’s vibrant Indian community, which launched last year.
