
Thabo Ndlovu is the winner of Idols SA Season 19.
After 21 years, the singing competition show Idols SA Season 19 concluded on Saturday night, with Thabo Ndlovu, 26, from eMalahleni emerging as the winner.
A new singing competition show is in the works and will be launched at some point in the upcoming year, according to Mzansi Magic.
After two seasons, Somizi Mhlongo, Thembi Seete, and Thabo “JR” Bogopa, the show’s judges, gave their final bow.
Ndlovu wins incredible prizes that will change his life. These include an R1 million cash prize from Mzansi Magic, a brand-new Toyota Vitz, an R65 000 technology bundle from Huawei, R10,000 worth of musical instruments from Yamaha, a R100 000 wardrobe from Truworth, and a record deal from judge JR’s Feel Good Music.

His runner-up receives a fashion voucher from Truworths worth R50,000 in addition to all of her live show ensembles.
At the Mosaïek Teatro in Randburg, north of Johannesburg, the 26-year-old singer from Emalahleni squared off against Princess MacDonald, a contestant from Bushbuckridge and another Mpumalanga.
