Real Housewives of Durban star Londie London recently celebrated her dirty thirty at a star-studded tea party.
The celebrations took place at Sammy Sweet Bakery in the north of Johannesburg.
Some of the industry people in attendance were Lasizwe, Kefilwe Mabote, and Miss Pru.
Londie was moved by the support she received from her friends in the industry. “The love that filled up @sammysweet_bakery for my #LondiesThirTea was beyooond. Thank you again to each and everyone one of you for celebrating a beginning to a new decade with me,” she posted.
She also acknowledged her friends that could not make it to the party. “To my friends that couldn’t make it and sent gifts and messages- I love & appreciate you so much. To all the messages here on Instagram from people that I’ve never met before, ngyabonga guys.”
Londie joined season2 of the Real Housewives of Durban alongside Thobile Mseleku and Jojo Robinson. Speaking about why she joined the show, she says it’s part of her rebrand as a wife and a mom.
“Since I’ve become a wife and a mother, I thought it would be a great idea for the public to see how I’m rebranding myself. People know me as this sexy singer, but they don’t really know my personality and what I’m about outside of the entertainment industry.
“So when I got the opportunity to be one of the housewives, I thought it was a great way for me to connect with a new audience.”
