Banyana Banyana star Noko Matlou is officially off the market. Matlou took to social media to share the joyous announcement that she and her partner Candice have become one, following successful lobola negotiations.
Last October, they celebrated their love, and Matlou couldn’t help but express her gratitude to Candice for being an amazing girlfriend and a pillar of support in every aspect of her life.
Born on the 30th of September 1985, Noko Alice Matlou is a South African professional soccer player, currently playing as a defender for the Spanish Primera Federación side, SD Eibar. Matlou has represented the South African women’s national team both as a striker and a defender. In 2008, she made history by becoming the first South African to be crowned African Women’s Footballer of the Year. In 2022, she won the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
