Nota Baloyi has been sentenced to 60 days of direct imprisonment for ignoring rapper K.O.’s court order.
Controversial Nota Baloyi was found guilty of contempt of court by the Joburg High Court and given a direct imprisonment term of 60 days.
According to Sunday World, After rapper AKA passed away on February 10, Baloyi went to social media to accuse him and his family of being involved in the recording of the star’s murder. As a result, the SETE hitmaker was granted a court interdict.
He claimed that K.O.’s sibling, Siya Mdluli, who worked for AKA as his road manager, conspired with him and was present when the artist was fatally shot in Durban by unidentified hoodlums.
He took to Instagram to make fun of his sentencing.

The defiant Baloyi has reportedly ignored the court’s directives and kept making accusations against K.O. on his Instagram profile.
“The Sheriff of the court and the South African Police Service are directed to take the respondent into custody and to deliver the respondent to the Leeuwkop Prison or any other prison within Gauteng for a period of sixty days,” reads the order.
K.O reacted to Nota’s sentencing, in a tweet on Thursday:
