South Africans have now seen it all after TikToker and model Nara Smith made chappies from scratch.
Yes, you read that correctly, chappies or chewing gum.
The Bloemfontein-born influencer has been trending on social media for a while now, growing her following by sharing videos of her cooking just about everything from scratch.
Nara Aziza Smith, who is married to model Lucky Blue Smith recently gave birth to their third child and is already back in the kitchen whipping up all her family members’ cravings.
Nara’s most recent video includes her detailing the many steps to making chewing gum. The video starts in typical Nara fashion, with her explaining that her sister was craving bubblegum but ran out, so like any good sister would do, Nara made her some.
The 22-year old South African-German social media personality made two sticks of bubblegum, one that was a green apple flavour, and the other a cinnamon-vanilla gum.
Instead of going out to the convenience store, garage or corner shop like most South Africans would do to buy chewing gum, Nara made her sister chappies from scratch.
