US comedian and actor, Kevin Hart is ready to disrupt the world of fast food with his plant-based outlet, Hart House.
Launching his first concept store on 25 August in Los Angeles, Kevin says his franchise will offer a flavourful and affordable plant-based option.
There are already a number of locations in the pipeline for Hart House, but Kevin will be easing into the rollout for the expansion.
The menu will include all fast-food staples like burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, tenders, fries, tots and milkshakes, only made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
None of the menu items will be free from antibiotics, hormones, artificial colours, preservatives and high-fructose corn-syrup.
Hart says it will be a healthier option to both vegans and meat lovers who are looking for an alternative when the “junk food” craving hits.
“It’s HAPPENING! On Thursday, August 25th, my restaurant @myharthouse will open its doors in Los Angeles. We’re excited to disrupt fast food with a flavorful and affordable plant-based option. I am so excited for YOU to try it. We’ll be dropping heat all week, tag someone in Los Angeles who needs to mark their calendar. LETS GOOOOOO! #EatYourHartOut #HartHouse”

Kevin hopes that his passion project will one day reach the same level as other US fast food brands like McDonalds, KFC and Burger King.
The aim is to take Hart house global and change the perception of plant-based alternatives.
