TKZee member Kabelo Mabalane has taken to social media to honor the memory of his late friend and fellow collaborator, Tokollo ‘Magesh’ Tshabalala, one year after his passing.
“Today marks a year since you left us. Your presence may have departed, but your memory remains etched in our hearts,” Mabalane shared on his social media platform.
Magesh passed away in the early hours of Monday morning due to an epileptic seizure.
Reflecting on what would have been Magesh’s 46th birthday in October 2022, Zwai Bala conveyed his deep affection for the departed star, expressing the profound impact his passing has had on him.
“The weight of your absence is overpowering. To encapsulate your essence as a human being would be an impossible feat, but the profound energy that defined you, the genuine essence of you, Mshengu, that sheer magnificence is what overwhelms me. So, I say, ‘Rest not, my brother. Continue to live on. Keep leaving your mark with resounding impact. I hold affection for you. And I thank you for cherishing our bond,'” penned Bala.
