South African actress Jessica Nkosi has said goodbye in a heartfelt post to Mzansi Magic’s “The Queen” telenovela on social media.
On Friday night, everything involving the actress’s evil Thando Sabata came to an end.
Many fans weren’t satisfied with her portrayal of the character she was still able to win a Royalty Soapie Award for the part.
Former Generations actor Rapulana Seiphemo, who plays Hector Sebata, and Nomsa Buthelezi, who plays MaJali have also left the show.

The dramatic scenes of her exit kept audiences on the edge of their seats when it aired.

The Queen will complete its seven-season television run in January 2023, Mzansi Magic announced in February.
Only 125 episodes of the popular show’s final season will be produced, according to TVSA, which also announced that the soapie will start filming its final season on Monday, July 25.
