Neliswa Ngada has been disqualified from the Big Brother Mzansi season 6 competition following a physical altercation with fellow contestant, Que.
The influencer and club entertainment manager was asked to leave the house shortly after the Sunday night eviction, which saw returnee, Dube, exit the house after he was evicted.
Ngada physically assaulted Velile Que Nongongo during an altercation that happened on Saturday night.
Drama unfolded after the housemates returned from their Saturday night party, with several arguments breaking out in different group settings.
One of those confrontations involved Nongongo, Ngada and Didintle “Didi” Mothobi.
During the heated exchange, Nongongo verbally attacked Mothobi, calling her a derogatory slur and saying, “No wonder you were abused,” a remark that referenced Mothobi’s history of abuse.
His remarks sparked strong reactions from most housemates, who did not condone his behaviour. In defence of Mothobi, Ngada then resorted to physical violence against him.
As physical violence is strictly prohibited in the Big Brother house, Ngada was found to have broken the rules.
Que received one strike for his verbal comments, while Didi was issued with two strikes for physical violence and provocation.
Following her disqualification, Neliswa said she would gladly do it again.
Her fans rallied behind her on social media, saying she left as an icon for standing up against Que, who has been described as a GBV apologist.
