Gregory Porter, a two-time Grammy Award-winning vocal sensation, will be performing at his first solo concert in South Africa in 2023.
The legendary jazz musician announced on social media on Wednesday that he will be touring the nation in the first few months of 2023.
Beginning on January 21, “An Intimate Evening with Gregory Porter” will take place in Cape Town’s Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden before moving on to Montecasino’s Teatro on January 26, 27, and 28.

With over 20 million streams, his third album, Liquid Spirit, is still one of the most streamed jazz albums of all time. It debuted at number two on the jazz charts and won the Grammy for Best Jazz Vocal Album.
