Forbes Africa has unveiled their Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list.
This year the Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list shines light on young trailblazers across the African continent who are not only at the forefront of innovation, but those who serve as catalysts of change.
In addition to this, the eighth edition of the Forbes Africa 30 under 30 list places emphasis on those who are consistently pushing boundaries and facilitating change on the continent.
“The FORBES AFRICA 30 UNDER 30 Class of 2022 care about being visionaries of change and catalysts for innovation. Being on the most-anticipated list on the continent, for these young trailblazers, is not just about commerce and clout but about ensuring they represent well their countries and the diverse, heterogeneous Africa they want to serve. Celebrating its eighth edition, the list this year features the best and the brightest, but importantly, the most resilient, who have taken the time to not only shine a light on the issues plaguing Africa’s growth in a pandemic era but also work towards shifting the narrative, one tiny, tenacious step at a time”, Forbes announced.
This year’s class of 2022 consists of Kenyan social media star and author Elsa Majimbo, South African Pediatric Doctor Brett Lyndall Singh, Amapiano star Musa Keys as well as South African Olympic Gold medalist Tatjana Schoenmaker, Cartoonist Lwazi Msipha and social media personality Lasiswe Dambuza to name a few.
