South African rapper Big Zulu has issued an apology to Gospel singer Dumi Mkokstad and his family following an altercation on Sunday.
Zulu apologised to Dumi for disrespecting him at the fourth instalment of Big Zulu’s celebrity soccer tournament.
“For those who were offended by me calling Dumi a boy, please find it in your hearts to forgive me. I’d like to apologise to him, his wife, his children, his family, his fans, the attendees of the tournament as well as those who watched it on TV. There were a lot of mistakes done yesterday. A lot happened yesterday,” he said.
Dumi Mkokstad also took to social media to imply that he and Big Zulu had made peace after all that had been said.
“Siyabonga kakhulu to everyone who came to support the Gospel team. Thank you so much to every player who committed themselves to training for the last 2/3 weeks of preps, it’s always an honour bafethu.
