South African actress and co-founder of Ferguson Films, Connie Ferguson hints at The Queen Exit.
In a heartfelt post shared on social media, Connie pens a special thanks to the cast and the crew of the Mzansi Magic drama.
“The Queen Cast and Crew I LOVE YOU. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!”
Connie’s post is accompanied by a portrait of her with farewell messages from the cast and crew.
One message reads: “It’s been a ride mama! Till the next one! Keep your head up.”
This has given viewers the impression that Connie might have shot her final scene as Harriet Khoza.
Earlier this year, DSTV revealed that the final episode of The Queen will air on 13 January 2023.
“The Queen’s producers, Ferguson Films, will shoot season seven of the show, which will premiere in July 2022 and viewers will continue to enjoy the telenovela on their screens until its final episode airs on 13 January 2023,” read the statement.
