Grammy-Award-winning musicians Burna Boy and Baby Face have been announced as the international headliners for this year’s DSTV Delicious Festival taking place at the Kyalami Grand Prix in Midrand.
Supporting acts include Simphiwe Dana, Msaki, Kabelo, Thebe, Trompies.
Local DJs include Lerato Kganyago, Lamiez, and DJ Zinhle.
The festival will take place over two days -Burna Boy will headline on Saturday while Baby Face will headline on Sunday.
Burna Boy is an award-winning Nigerian singer-songwriter with hits such as On The Low and Ye.
In 2019 he won his first Grammy Award for his album African Giant in the Best World Music Album. In the same year, Burna Boy also won Best International Act at the BET Awards.
Baby Face is a name that needs no introduction. The legendary singer boasts 12 Grammy awards under his belt with a music career spanning 5 decades.
In 1999, Babyface received the Golden Plate Award of the American Academy of Achievement presented by Awards Council member Coretta King at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.
On August 30, 2006, Babyface was honored as a BMI Icon at the 6th annual BMI Urban Awards.
