Black Coffee opens up about the importance of going to therapy.
Advising his childhood friend Shota on his wedding special PSILoveYouWedding , Black Coffee opened up about how going to therapy helped him immensely.
Black Coffee told the first therapist he went to see that he needed her to help him get over being told “what a terrible human being he is” and he was starting to believe it.
“And If am terrible tell me,” he adds.
The Grammy-award-winning DJ then changed his therapist.
“I changed my therapist and asked her to help me take responsibility for my actions. It is the most important thing to do.”
Understanding fame the way he does now, Coffee tells Shota that going to therapy is one of the most important steps he’ll take in his life and marriage.
“You need to be rooted in two things, one is therapy and the second is God.”
