Fitness enthusiast Sbahle Mpisane recently took to social media to reflect on unforgettable moments from her holiday in neighbouring country, Namibia.
She described the country as having “moments I’ll never forget.”
“From my very first camel ride and slow steps across golden sands to sunsets over the ocean from my hotel window, mornings and evenings felt like painted blessings,” she wrote.
Sbahle also shared how the trip allowed her to experience life in ways she never imagined.
“A beef shin so tender it melted like a love letter on my tongue, adding to my recent collection of meals that surprise me with joylike leg of lamb,” she added.
Her poetic caption was accompanied by pictures capturing her stay in the country famous for its towering dunes.
“Namibia, you’ve been magic. Until next time, ciao”.
Over the past few months, Sbahle has been pouring into her own cup, dedicating time to activities that bring her joy and pushing herself beyond her comfort zone.
For her birthday in June, she faced one of her fears by going bungee jumping.
She also completed a Mandela Day marathon last month, an achievement many found inspiring, especially following a tragic car accident that forever changed her life.
