Media personality Pamela Mtanga has officially launched her new podcast, My Audio Journal, a platform she describes as a space to unpack the highs and lows of everyday life – from navigating adulthood to career moves and relationships.
In a heartfelt Instagram video, Mtanga introduced the podcast as a laid-back, intimate space that could be recorded anywhere, whether in her, her couch, or wherever life happens.
“This is not your typical podcast,” she said. “It’s a manual to life. If you can think it, I’m probably talking about it.”
My Audio Journal promises candid conversations and unfiltered reflections, setting itself apart from the more traditional formats dominating South African podcasting.
Mtanga now joins a growing list of South African public figures who have ventured into the podcasting space, including Nandi Madida, Nozipho Ntshangase, Unathi Nkayi, Lebo Keswa, and Sonia Mbele.
While some have thrived, others have struggled to maintain consistency, a challenge Mtanga seems ready to take on with authenticity and passion.
