Celebrated marketing guru and author Khaya Dlanga has embarked on an exciting new chapter in his illustrious career, joining Delta Victor Bravo (official partner to global growth consultancy eatbigfish in Africa) as Managing Partner.
The announcement has generated considerable buzz within the marketing and advertising industries, with many anticipating the innovative direction Dlanga will bring to the agency.
Dlanga himself expressed his enthusiasm on social media, stating:

Khaya Dlanga, continues to be a prominent voice in South African media, with a multifaceted career. His latest book, Life is Like That Sometimes released in February 2025, offers a personal reflection on his life experiences, weaving together heartfelt and humorous anecdotes from his rural Eastern Cape childhood to navigating adult life’s complexities.
Dlanga also graced the prestigious TED stage in Vancouver in April, and most recently had an intimate and wide-ranging conversation with his long-time friend Trevor Noah on Noah’s podcast, What Now?.
In his new role, Dlanga will partner with current Managing Partner Dhatchani Naidoo to co-lead Delta Victor Bravo and eatbigfish Africa.
