It seems former President Jacob Zuma’s compound is starting to be the go-to place for many these days. In the last couple of weeks, Julius Malema and other prominent public figures visited the national key point. Most recently popular rapper Cassper Nyovest graced the former president with his presence. Unconfirmed reports indicate that the meeting happened on Monday, 15th February in Nkandla.

The photo that surfaced on the internet has caused quite a stir with many asking what the nature of the meeting was; and why it wasn’t kept private. Others questioned why the former president wears the same shirt every time, he welcomes guests to his compound.
Jacob Zuma congratulated Cassper Nyovest for his achievement of being the first South African musician to fill the 20,000-seating capacity at the Dome in Northgate, Johannesburg, without the help of an international act.

Cassper also enjoys drinking tea; this became apparent recently when he shared a photo of him and popular DRIP Footwear founder Lekau Sehoana congratulating him for his new store opening in Venda. “Black men having tea together is the in thing. Goodluck with your new store opening in Venda this weekend brother. Factory faults are temporary, but DRIP IS FOREVER!!!! .”

Tweeps have reacted to Cassper Nyovest’s visit to Nkandla:
There is one thing you cannot take away from Pres Zuma. His charisma and his love for the people.

All artist must go and do their fone calls about vaccine with their stunt president and stay away from Zuma. This is so boring there’s nothing they do for the black masses except parading themselves with sponsored and rented cars. Only @LvovoSA was vocal about the challenges.
