Cassper Nyovest has just come through for a young woman from Swaziland who is in need of a lung transplant by donating to the Save Nompilo cause.
The rapper who recently expressed that he will need to let go of some of his employees due to financial losses from the Level 4 lockdown dug deep for the cause that has touched his heart.
Nompilo Dlamini who has Cystic Fibrosis is in desperate need of a lung transplant which will cost R2 million for a chance to survive. The 26-year old is currently in the last stage and according to her social media posts, doesn’t have much time left. She is currently dependent on oxygen to breathe.

Cassper has called on his followers to do what they can to help save Nompilo and shared his generous R150K donation to her GoFundMe account.

A few South Africans have joined in and assist Nompilo reach her goal and get her the lung transplant that will save her life. Nompilo is currently only able to stay off the oxygen for a few seconds at a time.
The resilient woman has shared that donations have been coming in slowly and she fears she may not reach her target. She detailed how psychologists have been preparing her for the inevitable because and have been talking her through how doctors will make sure she is as comfortable as possible in her final moments.
