Congratulations are in order to Master KG and Nomcebo Zikode for yet another incredible milestone.
On YouTube, Master KG’s Jerusalema has over 500 million views, which means it has been viewed over half a billion times by Youtubers across the world.
The smash song, which featured Nomcebo, became a worldwide sensation during the first few months of COVID-19 two years ago, owing in large part to the accompanying Jerusalema dance challenge.

The song keeps breaking unimaginable barriers on a global scale.
In May 2020, Master KG announced that the song had been certified gold in the United States.

It has now become the first song by an African artist to reach half a billion views on YouTube, after reaching number one on the Billboard World Digital Song Sale and several number ones in Europe, including Belgium, Romania, Hungary, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and France.
