South African Hip Hop just got exciting again!
It seems Big Zulu’s controversial diss track 150 Bars, which calls out all the big names in the game has made everyone pull up their socks.
After responding to Big Zulu through Omega Freestyle, K.O released the first single from his new album titled Sete featuring Young Stunna and Somnyama.
Two weeks after the release of Sete, the track has been certified platinum and is approaching 5 million views on YouTube.
Sete looks set to be K.O’s biggest single since the release of Cara Cara.
Even his counterpart AKA whose new single Lemonade has missed out on the number 1 spot because of Sete has sung K.O’s praises.
“An absolute animal. A master of re-invention. My idol amongst idols. I’ve been chasing your level for over a decade now. Your stamina is breathtaking … congratulations,” gushed the Supamega.
It is reported that K.O is suing Gauteng Premier, David Makhura, and two production houses for R5 million.
This was after the rapper was used in a Covid-19 awareness video that depicted the rapper as the virus.
Filing a defamation of character lawsuit K.O says the video was created without his permission and paints him in a negative light.
