On World Autism Awareness Day, Nandi Madida took to social media to honour her daughter, Nefertiti.
For individuals who are affected by Autism, April 2nd is recognized as a special day.
Point of View spoke about the realities of raising a child with Autism on World Autism Awareness Day,
Nandi took to Instagram to share images of her three-year-old daughter, who is neurodivergent, a term for people whose brains function differently in one or more ways than is considered standard or typical.
She wrote: “Happy World Autism Awareness Day! Proud of my Neurodivergent little, she’s also the reason my family members understand themselves and their genetics better We are grateful for you my smart, kind, beautiful young queen. May you inspire the world with who you are. #worldautismawarenessday #neurodivergent #daughter”
