Disgruntled ANC staff members are to hold a nationwide picket on Tuesday afternoon over disputes in late salary payments.
Some staff members claim they have not received their salaries for May and claim the ruling party has been defaulting on salaries since 2019.
Staff in Johannesburg will be handing over a memorandum of demands at the party’s headquarters, Luthuli House in Johannesburg.

Previous reports by the Sunday Times cite the ANC is in financial distress with non-payments due to the new political funding act.
ANC treasurer-general Paul Mashatile has denied allegations that the ruling party is cash strapped, he says the new act has made it harder for donors to remain discreet.
