Mamelodi Sundowns have allegedly filed a R8 million lawsuit against former coach Pitso Mosimane’s wife, Moira Tlhagale.
According to Sunday World, Masandawana are seeking that Mosimane’s agency, which is controlled by Tlhagale, repay a sum in the area of R8 million.

Sundowns, through its attorneys Bowman Gilfillan, was compelled to file proceedings in the Johannesburg High Court seeking an order for Mosimane’s agency to pay up when they refused.
This is because Mosimane walked away from a four-year contract to join Al Ahly in November 2020, and according to the reports, his wife got R8.6 million in commission for convincing her client to sign the new Sundowns deal.
Sundowns apparently paid the whole sum rather than split it and paying it over the four seasons when Pitso Mosimane would have been their head coach.
According to the paper, the two parties agreed that a pro-rata share of the R8.6 million commission would be refunded to Sundowns.
As it stands, the pro-rata payment is estimated to be little more than R7.9 million, and Sundowns is seeking it back from Pitso Mosimane’s wife.
