It was back in 2016 when Zulaikha Patel and her classmates made headlines around the world at Pretoria Girls High School when they took a stand against the schools’ racist policies.
Since then, Zulaikha has grown into an astute anti-racism and social justice activist, keen on seeing the dismantling of institutionalized racism and prejudice.
Zulaikha Patel also gives her views on the things happening in Palestine today; and how Israel can’t be counted as a democratic state because of the injustices that Palestinians continue to suffer.
