In a heartwarming display of music’s power to heal and unite, rising star Ciza has shared a touching moment of his divorced parents, TK Nciza and Nhlanhla Mafu, coming together to celebrate his latest musical triumph.
The young artist, whose parents ended their two-decade marriage years ago, captured the emotional reunion in a video shared on social media.
The clip shows TK and Nhlanhla in a studio, excitedly grooving to the remix of Ciza’s hit single, “Isaka (6 AM),” which features Nigerian music heavyweights Omah Lay and Tems.
Ciza expressed his pride in the collaboration, noting that the first people he wanted to share the remix with were his parents.
“Proof that good music brings people together,” Ciza wrote in the caption, reflecting on a time when his parents’ encouragement fueled his dreams.
“I can only go back to the days you guys told me I’d be making the world dance one day. I love you guys!”
The upcoming track, set for release on Thursday, clearly struck a chord with the pair, who appeared genuinely thrilled while listening.
