For many, the first subtle signs of ageing begin in our 30s, with a gradual decline in muscle mass and strength.
However, it’s often in our 40s and 50s that the body’s changes become more noticeable. This period is when many people experience a decline in close-up vision, and physical abilities like balance and endurance can start to slow down.
Studies have shown that while some of these changes are a natural part of the ageing process, a significant portion is preventable with regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
For many, this is the time when the body begins to feel less resilient, and the once-unshakeable feeling of youth starts to fade.
