Nakai, who joined the show in its second season, introduced her late partner, AKA, to the audience during that time.
However, her third season was marked by a dramatic fallout with fellow cast member Annie, which sparked a heated exchange and left viewers divided.
Despite the controversy, Nakai’s fans have consistently shown their support, with some even claiming that the show wouldn’t be the same without her, as she’s often the one who brings compelling content to the table.
Young, Famous & African features a cast of African celebrities, including Bonang Matheba, Kefilwe Mabote, and Khanyi Mbau, as they navigate their personal and professional lives.
