Dr Sizwe Mpofu-Walsh, the accomplished author, musician, and activist, has successfully obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
This was confirmed by the institution on Saturday, 21 June 2025.

Today, we celebrate one of our own, Dr @SizweMpofuWalsh, on obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Unisa.

Dr Mpofu-Walsh, who is already distinguished for his academic achievements, holds a DPhil in International Relations from the prestigious Oxford University.
In addition to his LLB, he also possesses an Honours degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Cape Town and now has a Law Degree from UNISA.
As a prominent public figure, Dr Mpofu-Walsh is widely recognised for his thought-provoking book, The New Apartheid.
He hosts the popular SMWX podcast, where he engages in in-depth discussions on various social ills and the country’s complex political landscape.
Despite not sharing the news on his own social media yet, he has been showered with congratulatory messages from South Africans on his new academic achievement.
