Last week on Feel Good listeners shared what time of the year they dread the most with Andy Maqondwana.
One listener, Bra Innocent, had a particularly touching story revealing that the worst time for him as an unemployed father is May because that’s when his son celebrates his birthday.
“The worst time for me has to be the month of May every single year because it’s when my son has his birthday. So next week on the 21st of May, he’ll be turning 5 years old, Bra Innocent said, adding that he’s suffering from headaches because of stress.
This prompted Andy to call on listeners to rally together to assist Bra Innocent.
Feel Good listeners have since taken it upon themselves to come together to contribute cupcakes, cake , soccer boots, money and more to make the birthday party happen for Bra Innocent’s son.
