The Real Housewives of Durban, has just released a sneak peek of its highly anticipated fifth season.
In the first-look clip, fan favourite Nonku Williams is seen praying for guidance, hinting at the emotional journey ahead.
“God is a God of second chances. I’ve messed up in the past, but God always has His arms open,” she declares, setting the tone for the new season.
Nonku is one of four returning Housewives this season, alongside fellow OG Sorisha Naidoo.
Together, they remain Africa’s longest-serving Housewives. Jojo Robinson, who joined in Season 2, and Season 4 newcomer Angel Ndledla are also making a comeback. New cast members are yet to be announced, adding to the anticipation.
Season 4 ended on a dramatic note, with Sorisha storming off during the reunion and vowing never to speak to Jojo or Nonku again. The season saw the Housewives divided into two rival camps: Sorisha, Angel, Slee Ndlovu, and Ameigh Thompson on one side, and Nonku, Jojo, Maria Valaskatzis, and Zama Ngcobo on the other.
Sam Kelly, executive producer at Let It Rain, promises that Season 5 will deliver even more surprises. “This season, the cast dynamics have shifted in unexpected ways, offering a new look, feel, and energy that will keep you hooked from start to finish,” he said.
“Season 5 is set to deliver on every front: high-stakes clashes, opulent lifestyles, personal growth, and twists you won’t see coming. Friendships will be forged in the fire, while others will crack under pressure.”
