Let’s face it, there are just so many things happening in the world and everyday has its fair share of things that bring you constant anxiety.
According to research, anxiety can result from a multitude of factors, including genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and life events. It frequently results from a combination of several events, making it difficult to identify a single cause.
According to some beliefs, those who suffer from anxiety have a lower threshold for activating their fight-or-flight response, resulting in more frequent and strong emotions of terror. Furthermore, while avoidance strategies may provide short-term respite, they might perpetuate anxiety over time.
Andy asked: “There are anxieties in this world that exist in this world that nobody speaks about. Why don’t we recognise making your passport right before you have to leave? When you are praying all kinds of prayers and speaking all kinds of tongues… when you need to be in that flight. Nobody talks about the anxiety of having to approach people in public… Nobody speaks about the anxiety of having to drive in the rain, the robots are not working and steep hill… So talk to me, what is the list of anxieties that we go through everyday that nobody talks about.”
Kaya 959 listeners shared on Feel Good with Andy Maqondwana some of the anxieties they experience on a daily basis that they never talk about.
