Chris Brown is gearing up for a memorable concert at FNB Stadium
The American R&B superstar Chris Brown will perform for two days. He was initially set to perform just on Saturday, 14 December, but tickets got sold out in a matter of hours and second date was added – Sunday, 15 December.
Brown visited the stadium ahead of his shows on December 14 and 15, when the excitement among the fans is at an all-time high. The music star posted a picture of himself at the venue to Instagram with the message, “STUDIO TO STADIUMS.”
On social media, Big Concerts announced that he had landed on Wednesday, December 11.
“Multi-award-winning artist Chris Brown touched down in Joburg earlier today. The chart-topping sensation is here to kick off his highly anticipated ‘Live in Johannesburg, Breezy in South Africa’ tour taking place this weekend at the FNB Stadium, Joburg, bringing his electrifying performances and iconic hits to fans across the country,” the statement read.
Gayton McKenzie has promised to give away tickets for Chris Brown
Gayton McKenzie, minister of sport, arts, and culture, has announced that he will be distributing tickets for this month’s performances by American artist Chris Brown and South African musician Ndivhudzannyi “Makhadzi” Ralivhona.
“‘Ke Dezemba’ is opening tomorrow. I will be giving away tickets here on social media to Makhadzi and Chris Brown shows to people who cannot afford them. This is not government money. Let’s have fun and support these superstars,” he said.
