South African media personality Masechaba Khumalo, popularly known as Masechaba Ndlovu, recently held a Thanksgiving ceremony and shared some of her highlights from the day with her followers.
While Khumalo didn’t go into the specifics of the Thanksgiving ceremony, she did reveal that it was for spiritual purposes.
“Your blessings are in the self-work you have been avoiding, because the healing work you are doing is so much bigger than you. Your destiny awaits and it’s so much bigger than you know,” she said in part.
Ndlovu expressed her gratitude to her sister, Neo, whom she referred to as her “ride or die.”
“Our fathers are brothers, and we literally grew up together since we were kids. She is a qualified scientist and was the first person in my family to become a qualified traditional healer, many years ago. Beauty and brains this one! She was the first Sangoma I ever knew when there were many misconceptions about ubungoma.”
Masechaba noted that Neo inspired her journey to pioneering African Spiritual education on television and radio.
“Thank you so much D for being an incredible MC and holding the event together in the honourable manner that you did. Thank you for being my anchor. I love you to the moon and back,” she added.
Ndlovu also extended her thanks to her aunt and everyone who played a big part in ensuring the success of her Thanksgiving ceremony.
