Our bodies change during life in a number of ways that are both expected and natural. These changes—collectively referred to as aging—are impacted by a combination of environmental, behavioral, and genetic variables. Some changes can affect our general health and well-being, while others are more obvious.
Once soft and young-looking, the skin gets thinner, dryer, and more prone to drooping and wrinkles. You look at your old photos and realise that so much has changed and you start missing the young version of you.
Although aging is a natural process, its effects can be lessened with certain actions. A balanced diet, regular exercise, enough sleep, and stress reduction can all assist to prevent or delay the aging process and preserve general health.
Andy asked:” How has your body changed throughout the years? When you look at all the decades you’ve lived through. So in your 20s, to your 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s? I would like to know how it has changed, good and bad changes.”
