Princess Kate Middleton received a standing ovation as she made her first appearance at the Wimbledon 2024, following her cancer diagnosis and public hiatus.
Middleton who attended the birthday parade of King Charles III in June, appears to be fit enough to make public appearances since revealing she has cancer in March.
This after months of speculation and a “fake” Palace image of Middleton on Mother’s Day fuelled concern over her whereabouts.
The 42-year old mother to 3 heirs to the British throne, shared that she was undergoing cancer treatment after she underwent abdominal surgery in January 2024, and cancer was detected.
Looking radiant in purple Kate Middleton received a standing ovation as she and her daughter Princess Charlotte took their seat in the Royal Box at the Centre Court.
Middleton was in attendance of the men’s final between Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz.
The Spaniard beat Djokovic 6-2 6-2 7-6 (7-4), and the Princess of Wales presented the men’s trophy to him.
