The expelled leader of the uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MK), Jabulani Khumalo was allegedly attacked by angry supporters after leaving the Electoral Court this week.
Khumalo was leaving the court following his legal battle against MK, and former president Jacob Zuma was heard.
Jabulani Khumalo appeared before the Electoral Court to get his expulsion from the party declared invalid and that he be reinstated as MK leader effective immediately.
Khumalo accuses Zuma of committing several acts of misconduct that have brought the MK Party into disrepute and caused confusion with the broader public.
The Siz the World team deliberated on the events that took place inside and outside of the court yesterday.
They posed the questions to the listeners, “Who do you think is the rightful owner of the MK Party?” and “Is Jabulani Khumalo’s fight of significance, or should he just let go?”
